Beginning
in April 2004, the members of hobbytalk/Johnny Lightning forum, were thrilled to
receive one of these Limited edition cars. Each car is registered as it is
shipped. The registry consist of a series of hard back binders with
documentation for each car, starting with the initial e-mail contact and any
subsequent communications regarding ownership change and such. Postal receipts
for every car, is retained, and sorted by ship date. Additionally, all
information is stored in a detailed spreadsheet which has been prepared to offer

Although there were 1000 cars made for the
hobbytalk program, some cars were used in other programs. {i.e. 90 of these cars were used and altered to create the 04
holiday cars} |

No variations were specified during
production, but to date one error/variation was discovered. A single car was
shipped without the hobbytalk lettering on the tires. Interesting enough,
the owner of hobbytalk was the one to receive it. | |
