With the planning of Fest 04, anticipating
growth of attendance and vendor participation, organizers booked a larger
hall to enjoy the festivities.
Also new to 04 were several new Cars to be associated with
Lightning fest. Some to be sold in order to offset event costs, and some
to be given away to participants and organizers.
